Effective: April 21, 2026 - Rev 1.2
This Privacy Policy explains how Foundry Pixel ("Foundry Pixel," "we," "us," or "our") processes information when you use TagBridge (the "App"). TagBridge is an on-device photo metadata management app. We do not upload or store your photo library on our servers during normal use of the App.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with your use of the App, the TagBridge legal website, and any related support communications.
TagBridge reads photos and associated metadata from your device's photo library so it can detect faces, read text, identify likely sources, group trips using GPS coordinates already embedded in photos, and help you organize your media. This processing happens on your device. We do not receive your photos on Foundry Pixel servers.
The App stores information locally on your device, including tags, people labels, face groupings, OCR text indexes, trip groupings, rules, templates, destination settings, sync history, backup metadata, and related preferences. This data remains on your device unless you delete it, reset the App, uninstall the App, or export or back it up yourself.
TagBridge uses Google ML Kit on-device to detect faces and recognize text. Face-related data stored locally may include ML Kit landmark positions and calculated ratios used to help group likely matches. OCR text extracted from your photos is also stored locally so you can search it. Google ML Kit is an on-device SDK, not a cloud photo-processing service for this App. Google may receive anonymous ML Kit usage or performance metrics, such as model load times or API call counts, but not your photos, face data, or personal information through this feature.
If you configure SMB, WebDAV, Google Drive, or PhotoPrism destinations, the App stores related credentials, tokens, or connection settings locally on your device using secure platform storage where available. When you initiate a transfer or backup, the App connects directly to the destination you selected. We do not proxy those transfers through Foundry Pixel servers.
TagBridge offers a 7-day free trial plus optional monthly, annual, and lifetime paid access. Billing and entitlement management are handled through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card number. We and our service providers may process subscription status, entitlement status, purchase receipts, storefront information, transaction metadata, and anonymous subscription identifiers needed to validate purchases, restore access, prevent fraud, and provide support.
If you contact us for support, we may process your name, email address, message contents, screenshots, attachments, diagnostic details, and any other information you choose to provide.
The App is designed to avoid sending your photo library to Foundry Pixel servers during normal use. However, our website and our service providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, device or app identifiers, request metadata, OAuth-related information, purchase diagnostics, and similar security or troubleshooting data when you visit the website, manage purchases, authenticate with Google Drive, or contact support.
We do not currently use third-party advertising SDKs in the App. If that changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Credentials and tokens for transfer destinations remain on your device until you remove the destination, reset the App, or uninstall the App.
